Ping Ball is a fun new arcade puzzler for all the family. The idea is simple; bounce the ping balls around the screen by dropping mirrors in their path, and use them to collect all the spinning gems and crystals on each level. You'll need to need to make use of the sliding ice, explosives and other objects to navigate your way past the slime, fire, mines and other hazards on each level.
There is an adjustable speed setting so you can choose to slow the game play down and concentrate on the puzzles, or speed it up to require quicker reactions. There is also a 'Kid Mode' that will relax the rules for younger players. The simple mouse control and tutorial makes this game very easy to pick up, and the entertaining non-violent game-play is suitable for all members of the family.
Ping Ball features CD quality sound effects and music. The soundtrack is a mixture of pop, dance, techno and drum & bass. Ping Ball's smoothly animated graphics are in the highest quality 16.7 million color format. Even with the spectacular explosions and other flashy effects, Ping Ball will still run on older computers - as it was developed by a veteran games programmer. It comes complete with 30 levels and 3 bonus mini-games, plus a fully functional level editor that you can use to design your own levels. The mini-games (a mixture of arcade and puzzles) are unlocked by completing a level pack, but once unlocked can be played as often as you like.
